For close to 2 decades, Srini has transformed culture in Indian & global organizations by fostering an inclusive, diverse work environment, enabling employees to bring their authentic selves to work. For Srini, Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging efforts go beyond the workplace. As an Advisor for the NASSCOM D&I Regional Council, TEDx India, Connecting Dreams Foundation, Women's Education Project (USA), Solidarity Foundation (India), Engendered (India), and DTUI (USA), he spreads his ideas on social welfare, equality & inclusion, human rights, women’s education & empowerment, sustainability and smart village projects.
Srini earned a Masters in Business Administration in HR & Finance from Bangalore University. He is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), FIRO-B administrator and Behavioral Trainer. He has been recognized with various global accolades & awards, including the 2017 Out & Equal Ally Champion Award, USA and the 2017 D&I Leadership Award (South East Asia) by BD Foundation, India. Earlier this year, he quit his full-time Human Resources job and donned the hat of a social entrepreneur co-founding his for-profit startup called "Pride Circle", which works on a bold idea of building & enabling a community of passionate and diverse individuals who are committed towards fostering LGBTI inclusion at workplace & in society. The efforts & progress through this ecosystem aim to impact 7 out of 17 SDGs.
