Neenu Rathin is an Entrepreneur, Consultant and a TEDx Speaker living in Kochi, Kerala. A compelling social catalyst, Neenu has been working on community building in the nonprofit sector since 2013. With a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and strong project management skills, Neenu brings with her an analytical bent of mind and a spirit to create impactful programs for social change. She has a specialization in various streams including Embedded Systems Designing from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
Neenu had always aimed to start a non profit organization. This became a reality in October 2020 when she founded the 'Social Town Foundation'. Registered as a Section 8 Company, ‘The Social Town’ is a virtual platform for community builders and social change-makers where they can Iearn about each other, provide assistance and support, and exchange resources. Her intention is to bring all tools and resources required to create impact under one roof. The Social Town was born out of a desire to combine various impactful programs and social innovation to usher in a new way of living and doing. It is incubated at NSRCEL - Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
