Krisstina Rao

A graduate of St. Xavier’s College- Mumbai, Krisstina majored in Psychology and Sociology before beginning her pursuit in the social change and innovation sector. She has worked for 3 years in education, specifically in ed-technology, curriculum design, and teaching in a low-income classroom with Teach For India. Currently, Krisstina leads a consortium called Gati in Mumbai towards supporting the inclusive education movement. Previously, she has piloted a social initiative to build sustainable supply chains for delivering excess cooked food to those in need. As a changemaker, she is passionate about social change that hinges on agency and justice, and is eager to apply her skills towards design solutions for change. Krisstina recognises that collaboration is a necessity to tackle complex social issues— and is eager to work with Amani towards this!
