Leadership for Growth is one of Amani Institute’s flagship programs. We’ve designed this specifically for middle and senior managers in Small and Growing Enterprises (SMEs). So far, we have run 5 cohorts of this program in India and have seen participation not only from across the country but also from neighboring countries, including Nepal, Pakistan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Kenya. 

This program combines leadership and communication courses, business application, and coaching while keeping a strong emphasis on networking. Since 2019 we have worked with 150+ managers across 65+ organizations.

Why hybrid?

Having run the program in both in-person and digital formats, we decided to bring the best of both to you. The in-person interactions will serve as foundational in creating relationships with peers, while the online sessions make the program more accessible and affordable.

The program includes:

  • 9 days and 70+ hours of training across a period of 5 months
  • A 2 day welcome trip – an immersive experience hosted by Amani Institute where the participants can meet one another, interact with our staff and facilitators, and get to know themselves through our ‘Leading Self’ module. 
  • The Impact Showcase – a daylong in-person session to conclude the program where participants present business innovations developed through the 5 months. This is followed by high tea and networking 
  • Access to all recordings, slide decks and other learning resources
