Rathish Balakrishnan is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Sattva, a Consulting and Implementation firm focused on social Impact. As part of his role, Rathish engages closely with corporations, non-profit organisations, social enterprises and the larger ecosystem in designing, implementing and scaling innovative social impact solutions on the ground. In addition, Rathish has contributed towards advocacy and policy formulation at both State and Central level on education and skill development. He is part of the faculty for the CSR certification course conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
Prior to Sattva, Rathish has worked for ten years at SAP across Engineering, Product Management, Solution Management and Corporate Strategy. Rathish started his career in Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies, France, and worked with European commission and its partners on research projects focused on e-learning and knowledge management. Rathish is a graduate of BITS, Pilani.
