Eva-Maria Spreitzer

Eva-Maria describes herself as a bridge builder who is passionate about social innovation, the power of global communities, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Born in Germany, she studied Humanities with a minor in business in Bamberg (Germany) and at American University in Washington DC (USA), living for 5 years now in Switzerland. She is interested in how we as humans organize ourselves in order to learn, grow and flourish. Consequently, her work in consulting, at universities and in the non-for-profit sector is focused on developing business and partnerships as well as organizational innovation projects. She also gained experience in curating and designing formats for partner and community engagement through volunteering for TEDx events in Switzerland and Austria for a couple of years now. She is keen to experience new, local perspectives and to learn how different actors from the public and private sector as well as institutional players can collaborate to enable social innovation.
